Maria was an excellent guide. Her English was very good and she was very knowledgeable. The only issue we had is that there were groups of teenage children in the museum at the same time and their chatter made hearing Maria difficult - nothing that she could have done about that really except try to get us into quieter spaces which she did.

Buenas tardes, el guía Miguel Ángel, genial, pero no me parece correcto reservar la actividad para una determinada hora y luego recibir la entrada para tres cuartos de hora más tarde. Miguel Ángel nos tuvo que entretener enseñándonos los patios de Cordoba. La demora en la hora de entrada hizo que no pudiéramos subir a las torres y que el rato que disfrutásemos de la visita al Alacazar fuera corto por la hora de cierre del mismo. La verdad que no ha sido muy buena época , ya que están reformándola , lo más visto que son los jardines estaban las "fuentes " apagadas y lo que es la vegetación un poco descuidada. Yo es la segunda vez que la visito , y es verdad que merece la pena visitarla porque es bonita y los jardines muy bien cuidados , pero está vez no fue la indicada .

Cuando entramos estaba ya la zona de la torre saturada de gente y los trabajadores le indicaron al guia que comenzara la visita por la zona de los jardines. La visita comenzó a las 13.00 horas y finalizó a las 13.45. Lo peor es que los trabajadores que se encuentran en el Álcázar nos vieron en todo momento y se negaron a que hicieramos la cola para subir a la torre porque acaban de cerrar justo en ese momento y que estaba saturada.
