The tour was canceled without any notifications whatsoever!..very bad customer service... we only got to know of the cancelation only after we called to confirm the pick up location the night before.
We apologize for the inconvenience this matter may have caused, this mistake will not happen again. We will work to improve the service with our partner. We have managed a refund of the booking.

Excursion to Abu Simbel Aswan
The guide Aladino was very knowledgeable and professional, he told interesting stories about the sights. He picked me up at 4:15am and we finished the tour and were back in Aswan at 12:30, with some time to spare, so he offered to take me to the Nubian village at additional cost, which was amazing! I suggest that this option is included for future customers, since there’s time to accommodate other attractions such as Philae temple and Nubian village. We finished the whole tour by 3:30pm.

Abydos and Dendera Temple Excursion Luxor
The guide Mohamed Hashem was very knowledgeable, its impressive he’s got a degree in history and can read heroglyphs. He explained not only about the temples but the history of Egypt overall. The temples are great and well preserved, worth the ride. The car was clean (clearly washed prior to my trip), and the AC was working full blast. They picked me up at 5:30am and dropped me off at around 4:00pm. No lunch was included due to covid issues about cleanliness, so we stopped at a supermarket
