The coordination for transfers and entry to Machu Picchu was excellent. The activity is demanding, but the views from Machu Picchu Mountain are worth the effort. The only negative point to highlight is the driver's handling of the return trip from Ollantaytambo to Cusco. It was disastrous, suicidal; it was almost two hours of terror on the road.

Translate this opinion into English.

We apologize if the driver's behavior behind the wheel was inappropriate. We have made a note of this so that it doesn't happen again. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide met us at the hotel in advance to deliver the tickets and answer questions. We bought the mountain and circuit 3, but the mountain would be without a guide, which was explained to us. However, up there it was confusing and we ended up taking the wrong route and were lucky enough to visit the citadel! Then we found the guide to do circuit 3 and he explained everything to us, taking the visit through a different route. A fantastic experience! Opinion translated. Show original.

The organization was good even though they had not counted on the fact that we wanted to go up the mountain and they had to find us a guide to assist us when we went down. The guide we had did not meet our expectations, but we were able to enjoy the citadel with little tourism, so it was great. On the other hand, we paid for a higher train (vistadome) and we only had it on the way back.

Numa próxima viagem vou repensar a agência

The guide who accompanied us was great, very attentive and willing. As for the agency, we were a bit disappointed because to reschedule the date we had to pay almost 30% of the tour price as a penalty, and after paying the penalty, the new date was still not guaranteed. Regarding the tour, the arrival time at the trail was 7 AM, but due to the lines, we only arrived after 2.5 hours, not being able to do the trail as planned. On my next trip, I will reconsider the agency.

Very good organization, everything well coordinated. A very comfortable option to visit Machu Picchu quietly and without worrying about organizing the tickets. The only weak point was the guided tour which we wished had more information and the guide lacked a bit of spark. Otherwise all great Opinion translated. Show original.

Spectacular, everything very organized, transportation fulfilled, the train without any problem and in hot waters, everything without problem.... when we arrived at Machupichu we were with a guide who knew a lot, who was very kind and very patient, in addition he was very good at taking photos (excellent point) Opinion translated. Gracias Civitatis. Jairo and Laura say that the best tour they did in Cuzco was Machu Picchu, the excellent guide, the description of the tour is 100% true, this tour is worth it. It is important to inform that the ascent to the Mountain has a degree of difficulty and good physical condition to do everything. But still it's spectacular... Thank you Civitatis.

1 - we felt extorted with a price of over 430 dollars while offering basic services. The same in Cusco costs 300 dollars 2 - the vehicle was supposed to pick us up at our accommodation but they picked us up on foot for a 10-minute walk 3 - we were placed in horrible seats on the train, even though we booked in advance - from the moment we stepped into Aguas Calientes, the guide discouraged us from climbing the mountain by talking about the difficulty level and the unfavorable weather, making us give up
