La experiencia fue bastante irregular ya que hubo un problema con la excursión del primer día, por que dicen un precio y en el bus, nos lo modificaron, despues de varias llamadas, tanto a Civitatis como a la proveedora, finalmente mantuvieron el precio ofrecido. Los guías muy majos, sobre todo Sandro, explican muy bien !

En días recientes se había producido un cambio en el precio de la entrada del yacimiento arqueológico del cual no fuimos informados a tiempo. Sentimos mucho el malentendido. Ya se ha actualizado la información de nuestra web.

El primer día no me fueron a recoger al comunicarme con la empresa me dijeron que ellos no tenían información de mi hotel y que yo debía llamar para dar esa información y validaran la reserva, tal acción no se dice en ningún momento al realizar la compra x la app al.contrario te solicitan nombre y dirección del hotel información que sale en el correo de la compra

Los guías fueron César y Frank y nos explicaron muy bien la cultura maya y las características principales de los yacimientos arqueológicos. We’ve been calling this the waiting tour. If it’s allright for you to lose time, then take the tour, but, if you dont like to wake up at 3 am, walk (we had to walk 1,3km) and then take a bus 1h and so to get more people on playa del carmen to after all that time start your trip to chichien itza for 2h just look for something else. Btw, it goes the same way going back, you arrive there, the tour was supposed to be 1:30 minutes, was 1h, and the way back almost 3h. Same in tulum..
